World Together Ethiopia (International NGO) invites competent and qualified candidates for the following requirements:

Position: HNS Level-B Trainer

• Job Title: HNS Level-B Trainer

• Number Required: 2

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Target Focus / Primary Work: HNS Level I through Level IV Practical Labs

• Working Hours: 40 Hours per Week

Core Skills & Competencies

• Hardware & Peripherals: Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair faults in desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.

• Networking: Ability to design, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot both physical and logical topologies of computer networks (including structured cabling, data center components, routers, firewalls, Layer-3/Access switches, and wireless access points).

• Server & Data Center Management: Ability to design, configure, install, and deploy various server roles (Active Directory, File, Web, Mail, Application, Print, Security, Terminal, and Media servers) and maintain data center infrastructure.

• Databases: Ability to design and deploy databases using MS Access and MS SQL Server.

• Methodologies: Hands-on knowledge and practical application of KAIZEN and MUDA (Lean) principles.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, task-prioritization, and time-management skills.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in a relevant IT field.

• Mandatory Certifications:

• Valid Level IV Holistic Certificate of Competency (COC) in HNS.

• Valid Teaching Methodology Certificate.

• Core Workflows: Delivering hands-on simulations, maintaining lab equipment, and guiding student practical work.

• Primary Evaluation Tool: Practical lab demonstration and technical skills test.
